Preparing for Your Visit
Completing your patient forms ahead of time helps us make the most of your appointment. If you are a new patient, please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early so our front desk team can review your paperwork and answer any last-minute questions. Remember to bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.

Sorrento Valley Dental accepts most major dental insurance plans. If you are unsure whether we accept your plan, call our office at 858.558.2121 and we will verify your coverage before your visit. For patients without insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates and flexible payment arrangements to help make dental care accessible.
Our practice follows guidelines established by the American Dental Association (ADA) and the California Dental Association (CDA).
